Daan, a passionate cook, baker and winemaker came to me with a project: he wanted to build a food trailer, bringing pizza to the people in a self-built restaurant on wheels. I supported Daan throughout the conception, design and construction of his sourdough pizza powerhouse. Built a static site as well. www.defermentine.be
